Pickup Instructions for Miami Airport


Upon arrival at MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, you must follow the signs, take the MIA MOVER (monorail) and go to the RENTAL CAR CENTER. When you arrive to the RENTAL CAR CENTER, follow signs for OFF SITE RENTAL AND SHUTTLE BUS and locate the BUS STOP 4, Await for the Finalrentals shuttle bus.

Pickup Instructions for FLL Airport

If you are in TERMINAL 1,  Please walk to the RENTAL CAR CENTER and follow signs for OFF SITE RENTAL AND SHUTTLE BUS. Proceed to BUS STOP G and await the Finalrentals shuttle bus.

TERMINAL 2, 3 & 4 Please take the AIRPORT SHUTTLE to the RENTAL CAR CENTER. As soon you are there please follow signs for OFF SITE RENTAL AND COUNTY BUS. Proceed to BUS STOP G and await the Finalrentals shuttle bus.

* A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of USA and Canada

Drivers Age

Minimum driver's age requirement is 21 years and the maximum driver’s age is 75 years.

A young driver surcharge of USD 19.99 per day will apply for driver's under 25 years.

A senior driver surcharge of USD 10 per day will apply for drivers aged from 70 years to 75 years.

Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.

Driver’s License

Customers must present a full valid and physical driving license which has been held for a minimum of 1 year before the date of the commencement of the rental and with no major endorsements. A valid ID card or passport must be required at time of pick up.

An International Driver’s License (IDL) must be required if the renter’s national driving license is not in English alphabet. International driver license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver's license, credit card on a main driver's name and booking voucher.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
 

 

Insurance Coverage

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The excess amount of CDW is USD 5000 for all vehicle groups.

Not available for Us and Canada Customers

Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)
It is included in your rental amount. Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited cover for personal injuries and material damages.

Excess Reduction

 

In order to reduces your excess amount up to a small manageable amount.

 

The price of CDW varies according to the vehicle groups which is as follows:

a). Only Third Party Liability (TPL) - USD 30 per day.

b). Collision Damage Waiver + Third Party Liability (CDW + TPL) - USD 35 per day and excess will be USD 1000.

c). Collision Damage Waiver + Third Party Liability (CDW + TPL) - USD 45 per day and excess will be USD 500.

d). Collision Damage Waiver + Third Party Liability (CDW + TPL) - USD 55 per day and excess will be ZERO.

Fees

Airport surcharge is included in the rental amount.

An administrative and notarial fee of USD 50 will apply for each parking or traffic ticket.

Toll Service

Prepaid E-toll device is available for an additional charge of USD 19.99 per day.

E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is USD 14.99 per day.

If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of USD 25 for each toll used in addition to the cost for each unpaid toll will apply.
If the customer removes the Toll pass / E-toll device from the car, an additional penalty of USD 300 will apply.

No personal Devices allowed

Breakdown Assistance

Breakdown Assistance is available for an additional charge of USD 6 per day. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.

Fuel Policy

The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Otherwise, missing fuel will be charged on your return. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.

Cross Border Travel

Crossing country/state borders is not allowed.
In the event that Cross Border and Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity and may apply administrative charges up to $1000 plus 0.75 per mile

VAT
VAT is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, VAT would be levied separately.

Payment Methods and Deposit

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Diners Club credit cards. Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Prepaid cards and Apple card is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., Google Pay or Apple Pay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Deposit:
A refundable deposit between $1000 to $5000 will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.

Delivery and Collection

Delivery and Collection service is not available.

Out of Hours

Out of hours service is not available.

Pick-up Policy
During regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes. If the customer arrives after 60 minutes for pickup of the vehicle,  reinstatement fee or car upgrade (subject to availability) may be applied. Please note you should arrive 30 min before office closing time to take the shuttle bus service and get your car.

Cancellation Fee

If the customer cancel's booking at the time of pick-up at the rental desk, a cancellation fee of USD 50 will apply. Prepaid Bookings are not refundable

Extras

Confirmation of Special Equipment depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
