Minimum driver's age requirement is 21 years and the maximum driver’s age is 75
A young driver surcharge of USD 29.99 per day will apply for driver's age from 19
years to 24 years.
A senior driver surcharge of USD 29.99 per day will apply for drivers aged from 60
years to 75 years.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver
Customers must present a full and valid driving license which has been held for a
minimum of 3 years before the date of the commencement of the rental and with no
major endorsements. A valid ID card or passport must be required at time of pick up.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) is mandatory. International driver license
must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
Physical driving license must be provided at the rental desk.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver's license
and credit card on a main driver's name.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid

The excess amount of CDW is USD 8000 for all vehicle groups.
Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL) is included for international customers only- [Not Included for USA residents]
It is included in your rental amount. Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented
includes Third Party Liability with a limited amount for bodily injury and property
The excess amount of TPL is USD 10,000 for all vehicle groups.
For USA customers
In order to use the renter's own insurance, he/she must provide proof of TPL and
CDW coverage in his/her own name, issued by one of the following companies:
State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, All State.
Insurance is accepted only if issued in the following country(ies): USA.
Renter must provide proof of own insurance. Acceptable proof of insurance must
include insurance declaration page, liability insurance (SLI) coverage with a limit
of at least 1 million USD, Insurance, that is valid for at least 3 months before the
pick up date, insurance declaration page, that matches with the home address on
the driving license.
If using their own insurance, renters must provide an insurance ID card with the
exact coverage shown and the same name and address as on the driver license.
Insurance from outside the US is not accepted. If you provide your own
insurance, you will be charged an administrative fee of 14.97 USD per day.
Otherwise, the renter will be required to purchase TPL and CDW for an additional
Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) - [Optional]
This is available for an additional daily charge of 15.99 USD for each rental day
This is available for an additional daily charge for each rental day. SLI is a secondary
insurance product that picks up where primary liability (state statutory limits) leaves off.
When combined with primary liability coverage, SLI provides the renter and any
authorized driver up to 300,000 USD of liability protection for third party claims due to
bodily injury or property damage. In order for SLI to pay on a claim, however, the state
statutory limits must first at least be satisfied. The policy will respond only after all other
available insurance has been exhausted. The purchase of SLI will be required if renter
does not own a vehicle or auto insurance policy in their name. If insuring your rental car
with a credit card which has rental car benefits, the purchase of SLI will be required,
unless renter has proof of liability auto insurance which must be presented at the time of

You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines and other penalties incurred
whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The rental office will pass the relevant charges
on to you plus any administrative expenses.
E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is USD 19.99 per day (customer will pay tolls at the end
of the rental).
Unlimited toll is available for an additional charge of USD 29.99.
If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of USD 50 for each toll
used in addition to the cost for each unpaid toll will apply.

Breakdown Assistance is available for an additional charge of USD 12.99 per day.
Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the
commencement of the hire.
You have to return the vehicle with the same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at
the time of pickup. In case of less fuel missing fuel will be charged in addition to a
refueling charge on your return. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are
payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from
time to time, please confirm at the rental counter.
Cross Border Travel
Crossing country/state borders is not allowed.
In the event that Cross Border and Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections
lose their validity.
Tax is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special
equipment, or extra services, tax would be levied separately.
Payment Methods and Deposit
Only MasterCard and Visa credit cards are accepted. Only cards issued in the main
driver's name are accepted.
Supplier does not accept any other payment method than Credit card.
A refundable deposit of USD 2500 will be blocked on the customer's credit card until
the end of the rental period.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and Collection service is not available.
Out of Hours
Out of hours service is not available.
One Way Drop-Off Charge
A fee of USD 210 will apply for a drop-off to different locations, I.e from Miami to
FLL or Doral downtown and vice-versa.
